This 1920s Waring & Gillow mahogany dining table has the most unusual shape with splendid decorative stretchers. Its top had been damaged and so we have sanded it right down to show off the gorgeous natural grain underneath and it has been carefully waxed. The base has been painted cream and distressed. Paired with it are a set of 5 equally unusual dining chairs, with sculpturally elegant backs and cabriole legs. These have been completely rebuilt and reupholstered in a natural beige flecked linen, while their cream paintwork has also been carefully distressed. The whole is a truly unusual one-off dining suite, with a table built to last for generations to come, all decoratively painted in a totally neutral shade.
Please get in touch if you would be interested in the table or the chairs but not as a set.
