This small Homeworthy 1950s chest of drawers, on its short atomic legs, is another instantly recognisable mid-century piece. It has been carefully sanded and painted in a wonderfully glossy black. The outline of light oak curved edges have been sanded and waxed and left in their original colour to highlight the shape and contrast with the shininess of the rest of the piece.

A mid-century iconic shape which punches above its light weight, it's been restored to greater glory and makes a useful and evocative storage piece for any room in the house.
