An Antique Edwardian dressing table with a lovely elegant shape, this graceful piece has been hand-painted and finished to give it a chic modern twist. It has two trinket drawers on either side of its antique swinging mirror, and two larger drawers beneath - all with their original ornate Edwardian brass handles.

The piece has been sanded and hand-painted in Dove grey (Sloan Paris Grey) with highlights around the edges and including the dear little original finials picked out in white to add contrast and drama. The handpainted Vintage finish has a few characteristic blemishes. The drawers have been lined with an exquisite grey-toned pussy willow patterned wallpaper which brings all the tones together.

The elegant legs are on castors which makes the piece easily moveable and are so fashionable today, as is the appropriate ageing of the original antique mirror. Definitely one for the bedroom, this is a graceful dressing table which has been upcycled to combine the best of the Edwardian era with the current trend for shades of grey.
