A  distinctive drawer unit to delight the efficient and amaze the disorganised, this Vintage Stor metal filing cabinet has been upcycled with an exciting rainbow palette. The top and legs have been sanded back to expose the raw burnished steel with rusty patches, while the back, sides and drawer interiors have been left in their original Military filing cabinet green to provide contrast and a glimpse of its utilitarian past. It has windgings, scuffs and streaks a-plenty in the green paintwork (see photos), as you'd expect from an old and much-used piece so this one is for the genuine Industrial enthusiast NOT someone seeking a perfect finish.

 

Each of the 15 drawers has been spraypainted in a different shade; fluorescent green, pearlised black, marine blue, chrome, sunshine yellow, silver, black, scarlet, copper, offwhite, turquoise, neon orange, cadmium yellow, chocolate, and white.

 

The top and legs will further rust over time to add to its Industrial feel, and the coloured drawers will chip and self-distress with use. The whole is a one-off fun and useful Vintage storage cabinet and Industrial design statement.
