This stylish and comfortable authentic 1940s armchair is of English manufacture of the post-war period, with a handsome tall wingback, and interesting-shaped wooden arms and frame culminating in two original castors on its front legs (for ease of movement without unexpected swivelling!).

An authentic Vintage piece which has been reupholstered in Designer's Guild Asolo woven velvet in Peony - a fabulous and funky combination of vibrant stripes of colour in a silky and tactile material, along with a toning solid-coloured fabric in a Blackberry Mousse shade with additional piping in the Peony.

The end result is a truly scrumptious Vintage armchair, with eye-catching upholstery. It will stand out while fitting in to any room in the house, rather like a visit from one's more interesting cousin!!
