Vintage pommel horse with suede top and rubber hoof feet. fresh from a school gymnasium. Made in the 1920s by well-known gym apparatus manufacturers Spencer, Heath & George, and with their brass label.
Great funky item for an industrial setting, or as a bar stool or fun thing to throw clothes over in a bedroom. The suede top has some markings including a faded tape mark delineating the centre and some marker lettering. The chunky varnished wooden legs are all in vintage condition with marks, scuffs and traces of old paint. The four legs can be adjusted in height from 89cm to 122cm.
